2025/2026 PUTME SCREENING

COMMENCEMENT OF 2025/2026 ADMISSION APPLICATIONS
The Management of the American Polytechnic of Nigeria (APN), Ibadan is pleased to announce the commencement of the processing of admission application forms into all programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Eligibility Criteria:
Category A – UTME Applicants

• Candidates who selected the American Polytechnic of Nigeria as their First Choice in the 2025 JAMB/UTME.
• Candidates who scored a minimum of 100 in the 2025 JAMB/UTME but did not initially choose APN and now wish to apply via a Change of Institution through the JAMB portal. Category B – Part-Time Programme Applicants
• Candidates who have not taken the UTME but are seeking admission into our Part-Time (PT) programmes. General Admission Requirements:
• Applicants must meet JAMB requirements for their chosen programme.
• A minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, including English Language and other relevant subjects as specified in the JAMB brochure.
• Candidates awaiting SSCE results may also apply, provided their results will be available before the start of the academic year. Post-UTME Screening:
• All applicants are required to undergo a Post-UTME screening, which will be based on:
  UTME Score – 50%
  O’Level Results – 50%
• Applicants who meet or exceed the cut-off mark after the screening will be offered provisional admission into their chosen programme. How to Apply:
